The Operations Director helps develop the site plan, helps develop the schedule and discusses the sequence of work with major subcontractors. During construction, the responsibilities are: participate and ensure the game plan established during the estimation period, technical support throughout construction, ensure that we follow the planned schedule and establish the game plan in order to get there.
